Banco Indusval S.A. (“Company”), financial institution headquartered at Rua
Iguatemi, 151 - 6th floor, in the city and State of São Paulo, pursuant to article 12 §1 of
Instruction CVM 358, of January 3, 2002, as amended, publicly informs that it
received on March 09, 2015, the attached letter signed by BNY MELLON SERVIÇOS
FINANCEIROS DISTRIBUIDORA DE TÍTULOS E VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS S.A.
(“BNY Mellon DTVM”), Brazilian financial institution headquartered at Av. Presidente
Wilson, 231 - 11th floor, in the city and State of Rio de Janeiro, enrolled as Brazilian
Federal taxpayer # 02.201.501/0001-61, manager of the investment portfolio of TEJO
FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO EM AÇÕES (“TEJO”), enrolled as Brazilian Federal
taxpayer # 14.083.536/0001-22.
The letter states that, while TEJO was managed by STK CAPITAL, enrolled as
Brazilian Federal taxpayer # 11.888.689/0001-59, TEJO sold on the last week
1,438,800 (one million, four hundred and thirty eight thousand, eight hundred)
preferred shares issued by Banco Indusval S.A., totaling a 4.64% participation in the
total preferred shares issued by the Company.
According to BNY Mellon DTVM, TEJO (i) does not have subscription warrants, rights
of subscription of shares, stock options, debentures convertible into shares, issued by
the Company and (ii) does not have any contract regulating the exercise of the voting
right or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the Company.

O TEJO FUNDO DE INVESTIMENTO EM AÇÕES, inscrito no CNPJ sob o nº 14.083.536/0001-22
(“FUNDO”), gerido pela STK CAPITAL GESTORA DE RECURSOS LTDA. inscrita no CNPJ sob o
nº 11.888.689/0001-59 e administrado pelo BNY Mellon Serviços Financeiros Distribuidora de
Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, nos termos da Instrução CVM nº 358/2002, vêm informar que, em
negociações realizadas no pregão da Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo – BOVESPA ao longo da
última semana, VENDEU, ações preferenciais de emissão do BANCO INDUSVAL & PARTNERS
(“Companhia”), sendo assim, o FUNDO passou a deter 1.438.800.00 (um milhão, quatrocentos e
trinta e oito mil e oitocentas) ações preferenciais da Companhia. Portanto, a participação do
FUNDO na Companhia representa atualmente aproximadamente 4,64% (quatro inteiros vírgula
sessenta e quatro centésimos por cento) das ações preferenciais de emissão da Companhia.
Informamos também que o FUNDO em epígrafe: (i) não detém bônus de subscrição, direitos de
subscrição de ações, opções de compra de ações e debêntures conversíveis em ações de
emissão da Companhia; e (ii) não ter firmado acordo ou contrato regulando o exercício do direito
de voto ou a compra e venda de valores mobiliários de emissão da Companhia.
