Terms and Conditions The Desafios Porto is conducted by Câmara Municipal do Porto, VAT: 501 306 099, Praça General Humberto Delgado 4049­001 Porto, Portugal. 1. By entering this competition, a) You agree that you have the capacity to enter the competition; b) You agree to the Terms and Conditions, and to the Rules of the Desafios Porto. 2. Applicants (companies) that submit solutions must meet the following criteria to be eligible to enter: a) Not a judge, partner nor part of Câmara Municipal do Porto. 3. Câmara Municipal do Porto reserves the right to declare any entry ineligible if, during the term, in the reasonable option of Câmara Municipal do Porto: a) You are considered unable to reasonably represent or promote the Desafios Porto in a satisfactory manner; or b) You have not complied with these Terms; or c) Information provided by you is deficient, false or misleading in any way. 4. The Desafios Porto comprise the following four categories: ●

Câmara Municipal do Porto or the Desafios Porto partners may use: a) Your personal identity in any advertising or other material in any media which promotes the Desafios Porto. b) By accepting to be part of the Desafios Porto you agree to allow Câmara Municipal do Porto and its Partners to contact you to provide comments about the Desafios Porto and to take photos or video footage of you which Câmara Municipal do Porto may use for their future promotional and marketing purposes. 6. Câmara Municipal do Porto may, at its discretion, withdraw any award that you have received, if you or your company is involved in any conduct that is: a) Fraudulent; b) Illegal; c) May harm the Desafios Porto, Câmara Municipal do Porto, the Partners, or their name or reputation; or d) Breaches these Terms. 6.1. If requested by Câmara Municipal do Porto, you agree to no longer publically promote yourself or your organization as being associated with the Desafios Porto, Câmara Municipal do Porto or the Partners. 7. The judges’ decision is final and no negotiation will be accepted. 8. Câmara Municipal do Porto takes no responsibility for entries not received by Desafios Porto for any reason. 9. Câmara Municipal do Porto has the right to alter or cancel part or the totality of the Desafios Porto at any time. 10.
