Mensagem “IS POT FILLED?” (A CUBA ESTÁ CHEIA?)
1. Durante o procedimento da filtragem AIF, o visor pode apresentar a mensagem “IS POT FILLED?” (A CUBA ESTÁ CHEIA?). Se a
cuba estiver cheia, premir o botão para regressar ao modo de operação normal. Se a cuba não estiver cheia, premir o botão X para
“NÃO” e o visor apresenta depois a mensagem “FILL POT FROM DRN PAN” (ENCHER CUBA A PARTIR DO TABULEIRO
DE DRENAGEM).
2. Premir o botão √; o sistema acciona a bomba durante 30 segundos.
3. O visor apresenta as mensagens “IS POT FILLED?” (A CUBA ESTÁ CHEIA?) e “YES NO” (SIM NÃO) Se a cuba estiver cheia
com óleo, premir o botão √ para o sistema de comando regressar ao modo de funcionamento normal. Em caso contrário, premir o
botão X; o sistema acciona então a bomba durante mais 30 segundos. O processo pode ser repetido 3 vezes.
4. Após o accionamento do botão X pela terceira vez, o visor apresenta a mensagem “CHANGE FILTER PAD?” (MUDAR TELA DE
FILTRAGEM) e “YES NO” (SIM NÃO). Se for necessário mudar a tela filtrante, premir o botão √, remover o tabuleiro e mudar
depois a tela filtrante. O sistema de controlo regressa ao modo de funcionamento normal. Para mudar a tela de filtragem numa altura
posterior, premir o botão X; 15 minutos mais tarde, o sistema apresenta novamente a mensagem “CHANGE FILTER PAD?”
(MUDAR TELA DE FILTRAGEM?).
5. Durante a filtragem intermitente automática seguinte com uma nova tela filtrante, se a cuba não for cheia após 3 tentativas, o visor
apresenta a indicação “FILTER SERVICE REQUIRED-SEE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE” (NECESSÁRIA MANUTENÇÃO
DO FILTRO – VER GUIA DE DIAGNÓSTICO DE ANOMALIAS).
6. Se a mensagem de “Necessidade de Manutenção do Filtro” for apresentada, 15 minutos depois, o sistema de controlo emite a
mensagem “FILTER PROBLEM FIXED? YES NO” (PROBLEMA DO FILTRO RESOLVIDO? SIM OU NÃO). Se o problema não
tiver sido resolvido, premir o botão X. Após a solução do problema, premir o botão √; o sistema de controlo regressa então ao modo
de funcionamento normal.
Mensagem de pedido de filtragem – Resposta SIM
1. A luz azul acende e o visor apresenta a mensagem “FLTR
NOW?” (FILTRAR AGORA?), juntamente com a mensagem
“YES NO” (SIM NÃO)
2. Premir o botão √ para SIM; o visor apresenta a mensagem
*SKIM* (LIMPAR ÓLEO), juntamente com a mensagem
“CONFIRM” (CONFIRMAR) e “YES NO” (SIM NÃO).
3. Premir o botão √ , se for desejada a filtragem; o visor apresenta a
mensagem DRAINING (ÓLEO EM DRENAGEM). A válvula
de drenagem é aberta e o óleo é então drenado da cuba.
4. Se o visor apresentar a mensagem “VAT EMTY” (ESVAZIAR
CUBA) e “YES NO” (SIM NÃO), o dreno poderá estar
entupido. Desentupir o dreno e premir depois o botão √; o
visor apresenta a mensagem “DRAINING” (ÓLEO EM
DRENAGEM).
5. Após a conclusão da lavagem e do enchimento, o sistema de
comando regressa ao modo de funcionamento normal.
Mensagem de pedido de filtragem – Resposta NÃO
1. A luz azul acende e o visor apresenta a mensagem “FLTR
NOW?” (FILTRAR AGORA?), juntamente com a mensagem
“YES NO” (SIM NÃO)
2. Premir o botão X para NÃO.
3. O sistema de controlo regressa ao modo de funcionamento
normal.
Sistema de alimentação de óleo com embalagens JIB –
Luz de nível de óleo baixo
1. O sistema de controlo emite a mensagem “JIB IS LOW”
(NÍVEL DE ÓLEO NA EMBALAGEM BAIXO) e
acende uma luz amarela na parte dianteira da fritadeira.
Premir o botão √ para cancelar a mensagem de alerta.
2. Abrir a porta do lado direito e remover a embalagem
(JIB) do óleo da fritadeira. Remover a tampa do topo da
embalagem JIB e descartar a embalagem vazia,
substituindo-a por outra embalagem nova.
3. A luz amarela apaga-se.
Sistema de alimentação de óleo a granel – Luz de nível
de óleo baixo
1. O sistema de controlo emite a mensagem “JIB IS LOW”
(NÍVEL DE ÓLEO NA EMBALAGEM BAIXO) e
acende uma luz amarela na parte dianteira da fritadeira.
Premir o botão √ para cancelar a mensagem de alerta.
2. Abrir a porta com o interruptor do sistema RTI.
Manter premido o lado ADD (ADICIONAR ÓLEO) do
interruptor do sistema RTI, para encher de óleo a
embalagem (JIB) de óleo.
3. A luz amarela apaga-se.

Responding to Control Prompts
and Indicators
AIF “IS POT FILLED?” Prompt
1. During the AIF procedure, the display may show “IS POT FILLED? If the vat is full, press the √ button to
resume normal operation. If the vat is not full, press the X button for “NO” and the display then shows
“FILL POT FROM DRN PAN”.
2. Press √ button and pump runs for 30 seconds.
3. Display shows “IS POT FILLED?”, and “YES NO”. If the vat has refilled with oil, press √ button and
control returns to normal operation. Otherwise, press X button and pump runs for another 30 seconds. This
process can run 3 times.
4. After pressing the X button the 3rd time, the display shows “CHANGE FILTER PAD?”, and “YES NO”.
If changing the filter pad, press √ and pull pan and changed filter pad. Controls return to normal operation.
If filter pad is to be changed at a later time, press X button and “CHANGE FILTER PAD?” reminder
shows 15 minutes later.
5. During the next AIF with a new filter pad, if the vat is not filled after 3 tries, the display shows “FILTER
SERVICE REQUIRED-SEE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE”.
6. If the “Service Required” message appeared, then every 15 minutes the display shows “FILTER
PROBLEM FIXED? YES NO”. If the problem has not been fixed, press X button. Once the problem
has been resolved, press √ and controls return to normal operation.
YES to Filter Prompt
1. The blue light illuminates and the control shows
FLTR NOW, and YES NO
2. Press √ button for YES and control shows *SKIM*,
along with “CONFIRM”, and “YES NO”.
3. If filtering is desired, press √ button and display
shows DRAINING. The drain opens and oil drains
from the vat.
4. If display shows “VAT EMTY”, and “YES NO”,
then the drain may be clogged. Unclog the drain,
and then press √ and display shows DRAINING.
5. Once fryer completes the washing and filling modes,
controls return to normal operation.
NO to Filter Prompt
1. The blue light illuminates and the control shows
FLTR NOW?, and YES NO
2. Press X button for NO.
3. Controls return to normal operation.
JIB Systems Low Oil Light
1. Control displays “CHECK JIB” and yellow
light is lit on the front of the fryer. Press √
button to cancel alert.
2. Open right door and pull JIB from unit.
Pull the cap from top of JIB and discard
empty JIB and replace with full one.
3. Yellow light goes out.
Bulk Systems Low Oil Light
1. Control displays “CHECK JIB” and yellow
light is lit on the front of the fryer. Press √
button to cancel alert.
2. Open the door, that has the RTI switch.
Press & hold the ADD side of the RTI switch
to add oil to the JIB until full.
3. Yellow light goes out.
