FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
This closed container (in galvanized steel) collects the used oil in bottles/carboys until a
maximum 5 liters. The recipients fall into an internal container that will be easily replaced
when it's full.
Restrictions to it’s use:



Deposit of the oils discharging them;
Deposit of sauces, leftovers, detergents and water;
Deposit of mineral oils (oils and lubricants for automobiles and machines).

CHARACTERISTICS







Easy handling and installation
Material: Galvanized steel plate
(2,0 mm), unlike most of the existing
plastic oil containers on the market;
Transportation: forklift or pallet;
Installation: posterior fixation with two
screws and their bushings or four shoes;
Has an superior eyelet for crane
movimentation (240Lt and 360Lt
versions).
Access door with special lock with two
pitons (includes 2 steel keys);
Grid fully gasketed placed on top to
prevent oil spills.
 Allows greater resistance to vandalism (arson,
shocks, etc, …);
 Lacquered with epoxy polyester polymerized in
oven at 220ºC;
 Decoration: vinyl with custom digital printing
on request;
 Exterior finish: polyester varnish polymerized
with UV protection;
 Has inner hinges;
 One or two openings (for the insertion of
containers with oil) - with the rim of fiberglass
and rubber protections;
 Indoor grill in steel plate for entrance and
lockage of the inner container;
Container for bottles / carboys - Metallic tank or plastic container
