• Geomechanical reservoir simulation using finite element method: Numerical Methods for Solving
Partial Differential Equation.
• Flow simulation of naturally fractured reservoirs with geomechanics.
• Dimensionless reservoir simulations for quick and reduced run matrices.
Research Projects: Current and Planned
2010–2012 Finite element modeling of induced fault reactivation for production/injection of fluids. (Director: PhD Philipe Remy Devloo). This is a little branch of development of poroelastoplastic
kernel for geomechanics aplications based on NeoPZ (Petrobras Director: Eric Slis CENPES
and Unicamp Director: PhD Philipe Remy Devloo)
