Samba Sunset
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ oz. Crème De Cassis
Fresh Orange Juice
Pour Crème de Cassis and Cachaça into a tall
glass. Fill with ice and top with fresh squeezed
orange juice.
El Dragão Matador
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ oz. blue curaçao
Fresh Orange Juice
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with crushed
ice. Strain over ice into a tall glass.
Coco-Sexo
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ Fresh Lime
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar
Coconut Water
Squeeze lime into cachaça and coconut water.
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with crushed
ice. Strain over ice into a tall glass.
Crème de Cachaca
1 oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
1.5 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
½ oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with crushed
ice. Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Macaco-Loco
2 oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ oz. Banana Liqueur
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 small banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender
and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a
large glass.
Santo Antonio
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Cranberry juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with crushed
ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a
lemon twist.
Cara-Legal
2 oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
Club Soda
Shake cachaça, lemon juice, and superfine sugar
in a shaker with ice and strain into a tall glass
over crushed ice. Add club soda and stir. Garnish
with a cherry.
Caiprinha
1.75 oz Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
1/2 Fresh Tahiti Lime
1 - 2 teaspoons superfine cane sugar
Crushed ice
Cut off the ends of the lime and cut it into eight
even wedges. Be sure to remove the white core.
Sprinkle the sugar over 4 lime slices in the
bottom of an old-fashioned glass. With a wood
pestle; press only the core of the fruit, without
pressing the rind. This prevents the drink from
becoming sour. Fill the glass with crushed ice
and add Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro. Shake
or stir well. Serve in a glass decorated with a
slice of lime.
El Cubano
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
½ Fresh Lime
2 tsp Sugar
2-4 Mint sprigs
Club Soda
Bela Vaca
1 ½ oz. Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
¾ oz. Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz. Light Cream or Milk
Gently muddle mint and sugar with a little soda
water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve.
Squeeze the lime into the glass, add cachaça and
shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a
highball glass. Add soda water. Garnish with
Mint Sprig.
Stir Cachaça and Coffee Liqueur together in a
rocks glass, add ice, and then float the cream on
top.
Cachaça & Cola
1 ½ oz Cachaça Fazenda Mãe de Ouro
Coca-Cola
Pour cachaça into a tall glass filled with ice.
Add Coca-Cola.
